Juli Living faced a classic growth challenge for a modern residential landlord: interest from prospective tenants needed to be converted into a structured, data-driven and scalable customer journey. The customer's touchpoints spanned multiple phases — from initial interest and registration to open house, ongoing property communication, move-in and subsequent customer follow-up.
Lead capture lacked structure, communication was not automated, and there was no unified data foundation that could be actively used for follow-up and prioritisation. Marketing, sales and customer service were not working from the same platform — but spread across Zendesk for support, Mailchimp for email communication and Dynamics for CRM.
The challenge was not a lack of ambition — but a lack of infrastructure. Three separate systems meant three separate data silos, manual duplicate work and no unified insight into the customer journey. Juli Living wanted one system that would not only solve today's needs, but actively support future ambitions for a closer and more consistent customer experience.
RiseB2B implemented HubSpot across Juli Living's business — marketing, sales and customer service. A central part of the project was a full migration from Mailchimp and Zendesk to HubSpot, so Juli Living now works in one unified system rather than three separate platforms. Mailchimp data, contacts and existing email flows were migrated to HubSpot Marketing Hub, while Zendesk tickets and support history were transferred to HubSpot Service Hub.
As a result, Juli Living now has one shared customer overview across marketing, sales and service. HubSpot was integrated with Dynamics, and automated marketing flows were built to guide prospective tenants from first interest through to open house, ongoing property updates and relevant newsletters. For new tenants, welcome flows were established that reduce the need for manual customer service interventions. A rental pipeline connects marketing and sales in one shared system.

The result is a more structured and scalable go-to-market and customer service model for Juli Living. Lead generation is streamlined, communication is more relevant and sent at the right moments, and HubSpot provides better data insight into customers' digital behaviour.
The migration from Mailchimp and Zendesk to HubSpot has eliminated the data silos and given Juli Living one shared customer overview. Marketing, sales and service now work from the same data foundation — improving processes before, during and after the customer relationship.
