- Customer fills out HubSpot form on website
- If customer exists in HubSpot, the submission is associated. If the contact does not exist it will create it automatically
- A deal is created in a delivery pipeline and put in closed won stage automatically
- The certificate is created in Zuora and invoiced automatically, based on information in HubSpot
- Welcome email is sent to the customer for LMS module
- Automation is sent from HubSpot until the customer completes certain modules
- Upon completing the automation stops and the customers profile in HubSpot is automatically updated with the certification they took
