🔹 Step 1: Setup a List of Current Customers in HubSpot

Create an Active List in HubSpot with the following filters:

  • Lifecycle stage = Customer

  • OR Deal status = Closed Won

Ensure the list includes fields like:

  • First Name

  • Email

  • LinkedIn URL (if already stored)

If LinkedIn URLs are missing, continue to Step 2.
