Leman: Dynamics

There is a workflow in Dynamics that is sending requests to this middleware
When received, code will identify object (company, contact or association), event type (deactivate of remove) and ID(s) of the affected objects
This data will be stored in the processing queue
CRON will then process the queue and deactivate or remove company, contact or associationor association
